Dave Cornacchia
Dave was one of the fastest and most skilled defenseman during his O.H.L. career. He played with the Sarnia Sting, Sudbury Wolves and was a part of the “Powerhouse Team” the Belleville Bulls, in 2001. He went on to play pro in the ECHL where he won a Kelly Cup with Lance and Zenon. After playing two AHL seasons, he decided to play in Austria and the prestigious German Elite League.
Dave will be demonstrating most of the power skating drills and working with the defensemen. He is a true asset to our team and has taken a lead role for our instructors. Dave and his brother run one of the best AAA Toronto area camps . We are lucky to have one of the best instructors you can find.

Lance Galbraith
During his 5yrs with the Ottawa 67's, Lance holds the record for most games played and most penalty minutes. A legend with the 67's, Lance played an important part in bringing a Memorial Cup in /99 & an OHL Cup with another Memorial Cup appearance in 2001. He since has attended many NHL training camps and has carved out a great AHL and ECHL career. Most recently winning a Kelly Cup with the highest playoff points, in 2007. We are very lucky to have Lance at the Academy!
Lucas Lawson
Lucas Lawson just finished playing over in Sweden due to a bad knee. Known as one of the best skaters , Luc has had a stellar pro career finishing in Europe. Lucas and his father Paul have become the most sought after technical skating coaches in the world. They are the skating coaches for many NHL players, the Montreal Canadiens , Tampa Bay Lightning and top agents are now sending their top prospect to improve their skating stride. Lucas currently is an assistant coach with the Hamilton Bulldogs of the AHL.

Mike Latta
Michael Latta was drafted in the 3rd round by the Nashville Predators. He played in the CHL prospects game in 09 . This rugged power forward played for Milwaukee Admirals , was then acquired in a trade this year by the Washington Capitals . He is currently in Hershey, the AHL team for the Capitals. It will not be long before we see Mike in the NHL.
Matt Williams
Matt has decided to take the NCAA hockey route and plays for the Niagara Purple Eagles. He has had 3 successful seasons at this Div.1 school. Matt plans to obtain an MBA through Niagara University, and finish his hockey career in the European League.
Zack Leslie
We are pleased to add Zack Leslie to our instructor line up. A stand out in minor hockey with the AAA 67s, Zack was drafted by the Gloucester Rangers of the CJHL Junior A at the end of his Major Bantam year. After a stellar Minor Midget season he was then drafted by the Guelph Storm of the OHL . In his rookie season with the Junior A Rangers, Zack has proven to be one of the top offensive defencemen in the league. Zach is also a product of the Konopka prospects camp and has worked with Zenon and our skating coaches extensively throughout the past few years. Zack decided to play for Guelph and has completed his second OHL year. The future is very bright for this young star and Zack will be a huge asset to our team of instructors. Zach was recently drafted by the L.A. KINGS !!! Congratulations Zack
